I call my classes “Slow Flow”. We move from one posture fluidly to the next, with music and cued breathing, allowing plenty of time for instruction and modification (up or down, depending on your level). I’m a big fan of stretching, so you’ll twist and move every which way to Sunday. Class ends with a nice juicy savasana. You’ll leave feeling amazing.
There is a donation box for students to give at their discretion.
Suggested donation is $20 payable by cash, check (made out to Sarah Reed), or credit card.
(Although, don’t let that stop you from coming. If you need yoga, then you get yoga! I am also open to trades. Please just come to class and we’ll figure something out.)
In addition, I can bring the class to you! I work with several businesses and groups in town to provide yoga before work and during the lunch hour. If there is enough demand, additional classes will be added to the schedule. Private individual sessions are available immediately. Please contact me for more information or if you are interested in joining a class.
